Since yesterday was such a hit with baking I decided to put my luck towards these delicious pastries! Spent a few hours making these delightful Czech fruit-filled-cream-cheese-whatever-you-want-filled pastries! Made a cherry/blueberry, apricot, cream-cheese with a hint of lemon and strawberry! Oh so good! This is a great childhood memory! Great kolache shoppe in downtown Austin...dad would bring home a box full for a special treat! Just to think they are low-calorie! Who do you think I am kidding! Good thing we are leaving tomorrow for my cousins in Santa Fe!
