No one will ever know how excited I am to post this! Living in this high elevation of almost 7000 ft has put a challenge on my baking skills. Normally my bread turns out like a flat tire and after many attempts I about gave up. Kaleb helped me knead so maybe that did the trick. We made a cinnamon-raisin loaf and a regular loaf. Scrumptious. Thanks Darren B. for the tried and true recipe for high elevation!
